Another example from the pro-marker workshop. Using the Flippin' Stamps, the front and back was stamped and coloured with pro-markers. The image was stuck together with a piece of string inbetween so that it could be attached to the card to allow the image to swing around. The card used was already an apperture card.

Patriotic Pop up card
Workshop joining in with the patriotic theme for this year.
A map of London was printed onto accetate and attached to the top of a piece of card. This was pushed up by resting on the pop up Big Ben and London Bus.
The images were coloured using distress inks, using them as watercolours. Ribbon was used at the bottom of the card.
Workshop for the Men
Men can be differcult to make cards for so I hope this card inspires you. To create this card we had fun using distress ink pads, versamark, newspaper and embossing folders. The stamp is from Wild Rose Studio stamps.

Poppy Heart Card
I have been playing with the Jo Sonia paints again! I thought I would have ago at using the paints and the crackle medium on card to see what the effects were. I was really pleased with the results.
The two images below are of one card. I have painted the poppies with Jo Sonia Iridescent paints. The poppies with iridescent red and the leaves iridescent green. The top image does no show you clearly but it is the same colour as the butterfly (pale green) and the leaves are pale pink. When you turn the card in another direction the poppies turn pale pink and the leaves turn pale green.
The white card with the heart poppy on has been painted with black, white and crackle medium to give an aged look.
Painted Mirror Frame
Thanks to Lynn Courtney from Flutterby Crafts, I have recently been learning new techniques with Jo Sonia Paints and loving every minute. There are so many different affects you can acheive with them, I have only just started. My favourite so far is the crackle affect and I can't wait to pass on the effects at the workshops I hold each month.
The project below I have use the Jo Sonia Paints, the rose stamp from Kanban and the paper roses and butterfly cut from spellbinders dies.
Fathers Day
Our latest pro-marker workshop. One for Fathers Day. The image was a digital download which was printed a couple of times so the newspaper, trousers and slippers to be decoupaged. The backing card was gently distressed with antique linen and scattered straw distress inks. The spiders webb was achieved by inking the inside of a cuttlebug folder and then the card was placed inside the embossing folder then the ink rubbed onto the card. The spider was drawn on.
